Procedures set out how things have to be done and what has to be produced as a result.
They need to be clear, easy to follow and fair.
We can advise on existing procedures or draft new procedures. We will work with clients to understand the purpose of the procedure and to ensure that on completion the new procedure is fit for purpose. If appropriate we can advise on how to publicise and implement a new procedure, including developing and providing training if necessary.
