Policies may be needed to set expectations and cultures; to define ways of doing things; and to influence and shape both HR and financial decisions. We have experience of writing and re-writing policies and offer proposals that are: succinct; easy to understand; and in plain English. 

We can advise on existing procedures or draft new procedures. We will work with clients to understand the purpose of the procedure and to ensure that on completion the new procedure is fit for purpose. If appropriate we can advise on how to publicise and implement a new procedure, including developing and providing training if necessary.
